Meet the IMLS Team:

Guy Gillespie

Guy Gillespie
CEO and COO

Guy retired from the Air Force as a Lt Colonel in 1996 after 29 years of military service. While in the Air Force he was involved with "Base Engineering Emergency Forces" (acronym "PRIME BEEF") along with his partner Tim Rollins. Their mission was setting up camps in wartime and under duress all over the world in 1400 person increments. After retirement he began working for Tim Rollins, who had since become a member of the U.S. Forest Service, assisting him in providing logistics support to firefighters at base camps. It was during this time Guy realized the need for facilities and logistics support. In 2003 Guy used his abilities and experience to start Incident Management Logistics Support, LLC with his wife Judy to whom he has been married to for 45 years. Guy is now CEO and COO for IMLS and works planning and managing camps. In addition Guy has taught classes for the Forest Service.
